Montauk
Founded in 2013 by original owner Dustin Keating—an avid surfer and travel writer—who named the bar after the famous Long Island town, known for its waves and laid-back beachside bars.
In 2024, the bar was acquired by brand educator, beverage director, and award winning bartender for some of Toronto’s top bars and restaurants, Christopher Mccrabb, who seeked to reinvent the space to reflect the original inspiration.
Inspired by the countless back garden patios of the surf Mecca you could stumble across in town, Montauk Bar offers classic cocktails, wine, beer, and our fan-favourite glizzies in a warm and inviting space—welcome to your home away from home where you’ll experience great drinks, familiar faces, and great vibes.
